level 2 To me it's more the quality of service, depending on what part of town you're in the quality of service can suffer meaning that you'll get terrible pings and latency depending on a number things. I'd rather get a healthy 100 megabits per second download speed using my 5G router where I don't have to worry about connection versus paying for 1 gigabit speeds through the nose and having an inconsistent connection. level 1 I did a video blog on this, spoiler alert... You don't have many options. Vegas is divided between CenturyLink and Cox, until 5g arrives we aren't getting competition any time soon..
You may have heard getting an x-ray during pregnancy can harm your baby. This can be true, but in some cases not getting an x-ray can harm you more than it can harm your baby. Remember, a healthy mom means a healthy baby. Is it safe to receive X-rays while pregnant? According to the American Academy of Family Physicians, x-rays are generally safe during pregnancy, but there is quite a bit of controversy surrounding this issue. Studies have been conflicting and, therefore, x-rays should only be done when the benefits outweigh the risks. X-rays can give your health care provider important and even life-saving information about numerous medical conditions. Like many things, x-rays can have risks as well as benefits. Are all X-rays safe while pregnant? Not all x-rays are the same, but most pose little exposure to the uterus and developing a fetus. With dental x-rays, there is hardly any exposure to any part of the body except the teeth. X-ray examinations on the arms, legs, or chest do not expose your reproductive organs to the direct beam.
Best practices for storing your boat include basic maintenance and winterization—essential steps to make sure that your luxury pontoon impresses your passengers rather than sinks when you get it onto the water. STEP 1: BASIC MAINTENANCE Fill your gas tank and add a fuel stabilizer (to avoid corrosion) if you plan to store your boat for longer than three months. Give it an oil change. Remove the battery if storing for longer than three months. Lubricate the propeller shaft. Clean the entire boat, including any water on the inside, to prevent rot, mold or looking like a slob. STEP 2: REPAIR NOW TO SAVE MONEY IN THE FUTURE Take care of any repairs before storing your boat to prevent further damage. Don't be lazy and put it off—you'd be surprised how a small crack can grow during the course of the winter. Run the boat's engine to ensure that everything is in good working order and address any loose parts or strange noises (aside from your creaky knees or off-key singing). STEP 3: INVEST IN A COVER By cover we don't mean an alibi or disguise.
Microscopic nephrocalcinosis is only seen with a magnifying instrument and presents with calcium precipitates in crystalline form as phosphate and/or oxalate. Macroscopic nephrocalcinosis presents with large areas of calcifications that do not require magnifying in order to be seen. The most frequent form of nephrocalcinosis is medullary nephrocalcinosis. It is characterized by the involvement of the renal medullary pyramids. Moreover, it usually is associated with dysregulation of calcium homeostasis (balance or equilibrium). Cortical nephrocalcinosis is a much rarer form of nephrocalcinosis and it typically involves the entire renal parenchyma. Serious metabolic derangements like end-stage kidney disease, hyperoxaluria (excess oxalate excretion in the urine), hemolytic uremic syndrome, and polycystic kidney disease are frequently implicated in cortical nephrocalcinosis. Histopathology Kidney--Nephrocalcinosis Etiology and Pathophysiology The most common cause of nephrocalcinosis is primary hyperparathyroidism, which causes hypercalcemia.
