During the merciful month of Ramadan 🌙, the Orphan Sponsorship Program aims to transform 30 lives in 30 days! This holy month, our goal is to raise $11, 000 to sponsor 30 orphans. We encourage everyone to be a part of this great cause and there are different ways to participate 1) Make a one-time donation with the amount of your choice. 2) Set up a recurring payment profile using PayPal on our website. 3) Become the sponsor of a specific child for whom you will receive regular... progress reports. Please email us at if you would like to set this up. You can sponsor an orphan for as little as $360/year. 4) Share our posts on your social media to encourage more people to participate. Donation Link: Insha Allah the money we raise will help secure housing and provide food for orphaned children. The sponsorship will provide financial stability to alleviate the need for orphan children to work and miss out on their education 💯% of your donations will go to orphan sponsorship. See More

We're suckers for a best-of-the-year list that allows us to get down to brass tacks with our music and movie consumption. But, why should the A/V club have all the fun? We asked our favorite makeup artists to dish on their new beauty discoveries that have become kit staples of 2013. Trust us, they've worked with everything new in cosmetics. (They test just about every beauty release before creating the looks you see in magazines and on red carpets, after all. ) So, when they say something's good, we believe them. Read on, and you will, too. Just don't blame us if you start crushing hard on some of these finds. These are the tools and products that changed these artists' work for the better. Just imagine what they can do for you.
Lengthy post, but I thought I would go into detail so that someone in the future can get good use out of it as well. I promise this is not a PEO sales pitch -- just trying to figure out if I have got this right. I am a Canadian citizen who will be working remotely from Canada for a small firm in California. I have spent a few days researching the legal, immigration and tax complications that arise due to this setup. From what I have gathered, the only viable options in my situation are: Go through a PEO that will act as the employer of record (EOR) and contract me out to the firm in California. I will be paid Canadian wages by a Canadian company who recovers the wages and social burden + a significant fee for service (anywhere from $10-25K annual), all charged to my employer. My employer will take on the FX burden. This setup will fully comply with laws in both countries. I will not require a TN visa and I will technically be a contractor, not an employee. If the firm wants to hire me as an employee, I must convince my employer to register a non-resident business number with the CRA for Canadian payroll purposes.
1) Lift the car. 2) Find the oil pan and locate the drain plug. It is a 14mm bolt head. Drain oil. 3) Depending on the year, 2002 and up its easier the replace the filter from the bottom --- 3 Clips and 5 10mm screws --- 1992 - 2001 its easier to lower the car and remove the filter from the top. There will be an opening for the oil to drain, but put a rag down to stop it from leaking onto the mount under it. ---Takes a Toyota D1 filter --- 4) Tighten the drain plug to 25ft. lbs 5) Put 5 qts of 5w/30 oil in and your good. Unlike regular Oklahoma traffic ticket fines, you'll likely have to pay for the following on top of your penalty fines: Attorney's fees Lost time from work Transportation costs during your license revocation period Alcohol/drug treatment costs $75 processing fee for license revocation $25 fee for license reinstatement $175 fee for authorized limited driving Increased insurance rates Underage Drinking and Driving When it comes to drivers under the age of 21, Oklahoma has a strict "zero tolerance" policy for alcohol. Any amount of alcohol found in the system of a driver under 21 will lead to drivers license revocation. Refusal to take the BAC test will result in automatic license revocation for the same period that it would be if any alcohol was detected.
