I'm in overload mode... I'm fuming mad... I stood my ground that I would not be changing my invoice, and they stated they would Pay the balance today. They cancelled the 4 hours I need to install their new switch this week and are now opting to have me install next week when their block hours reset again... ok whatever!!!! They still haven't sent payment which screwed up my whole weekend and I had to borrow money from my husband for the weekend just to put food on the table (I was going to get my tree and do some Christmas and grocery shopping)... And to top it all off, the employees are having problems this morning with remote access and I have no hours left to respond and correct the issues...
