Reading Time: 5 minutes As a retail manager, your primary role is to run a retail store successfully. Good retail managers are in regular contact with staff and customers, and are responsible for making sure the staff is providing good customer service. It also is your job to ensure that the store is performing well financially. Retail managers typically work in one of the following types of stores: Independent retailers: Own and run a single shop and can determine their policies completely on their own. It is common for a retail manager of a single store to have family members help in the business and have the business be operated by various parts of the family. This type of retail store has a great deal of flexibility in how it is run and how products are sold. Chain stores: When many different outlets of the same store are under the ownership of one company, this is a chain store. Chain stores offer mostly the same merchandise at similar prices. The advantage for the retail manager is that much of the business is automated and requires simple oversight.

This is so important or your Instant Pot may not come to pressure properly. 4 Place the stuffed shells on top of the meat. Pour water on top of the shells. Finally, pour the jar of sauce over the shells, making sure to cover the top entirely with sauce. 5 Close and seal lid. Turn Instant Pot to Manual or High mode and set to 8 minutes. 6 Once cook time is done, carefully quick release the pressure using the back of a wooden spoon or kitchen utensil. 7 Open the lid and sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the noodles. Don't be alarmed as it may look watery, but it won't for long. Close the lid and let sit for 5 minutes. Open the lid and gently stir to combine meat from the bottom with shells and cheese. 8 Serve warm with fresh basil and extra parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy! Brought to you by Hip2Save. Serious comfort food ahead! Oh man, this was so good. One can never go wrong with all that gooey melted cheese and a hearty sauce! My kids had seconds, and they're tough critics when it comes to Instant Pot meals.
The timing belt prematurely failed at only 30, 000 miles, a piston vaporized and bent a connecting rod. We had the engine painfully rebuilt. I had to fly parts in from the US because the local dealer didn't have much of what we needed (rebuilt cylinder head, Piston, rings, belts). Also had to have the one cylinder re-sleeved. The engine is now running well, but two days ago the transmission problem happened again a few miles from home and I immediately returned home, slowly. I had also noticed that when shifting from park to reverse it jerked quite a bit. We called the dealer and they came to us with the diagnostic computer interface. No errors were found, but the technician replaced the speed sensor part number 42621-39052. To my surprise, this appears to have been the problem. I think that the previous jolts might have caused the premature failure of the engine as well. It was just like I hit something when the transmission would suddenly downshift and lock up the wheels. Hopefully, this will be the fix for the current problem.
