The position is responsible for first-level technical issues, such as software problems, networking problems, computer deployment/prep/repair, malware cleaning, etc. This is not a call center position and involves regular site visits and on-site client support (up to 40% of your schedule). Essential Duties & Primary Responsibilities (not a comprehensive list): · Assisting with client-facing technical problems via in-office, on-site, and remote support. · Managing and documenting workload in a ticket-based helpdesk system (Connectwise Manage).
