Hey all, I've been using YNAB for about 4 months. As each month passed, I was finding that not all my numbers would add up across various accounts and credit cards and loan repayments. Each month's budget was relatively accurate, and categorizing everything helped me to stay on top of spending trends, but things never quite added up and it was starting to hit the Reconcile button multiple times a month, which made me nervous–Do I have an accurate picture in YNAB of the money I have and owe given all these reconciliations? I don't trust that I do. So I decided to do a fresh start. I thought that would solve my problem. Just start entering transactions from March 1st, from each account and credit card, and stay on top of categorizing and problem solved, I thought. I was wrong. Things still don't balance out... I tried to import the transactions on my credit card from March 1st through to today, and I get a different balance owing then when I log into my credit card statement online from the balance owing in YNAB after entering all March credit card transactions.
Companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck & Co., Amgen, and some others focused their efforts on clinical trials for currently approved drugs to obtain marketing expansion, while companies such as AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, among others have a greater focus on drugs with no prior marketing authorization. While assessing the therapeutic area focus, most companies heavily depended on oncology, where the number of clinical trials initiated was disproportionately large compared to the rest of their respective portfolios. Only a limited number of companies had a diverse allocation of therapeutic focus. 'Clinical Trials' Metamorphosing into a Connected, Streamlined Landscape Complexities and data volumes in clinical trials are on a ceaseless rise. There is an urging need for pharma companies to increase R&D efforts, as development costs break records and patent cliffs approach. Integration of cloud and analytics is pervasively evident, and digital transformation in healthcare are making holistic changes in the clinical trial process.

So here is ware it goes bad: Their 3 strikes policy is what got me I think. (Would of been the 3rd-4th visit) Asked the boss for the day off, but had to work. Was going to call on Monday but got the "Automated Reminder" and it had a cancel option in the call so I canceled the appointment, Or so I thought. Got a call from my student provider asking ware I was? explained canceling, turns out she didn't get the memo. I thought I had gotten off the hook for this one but didn't, BS in my opinion. (This one was on me but ill only take 90% of the blame, would of been the 5-6 visit) Got the ware are you call again out of blue. Had screwed up my calendar and marked it for the next week *Face palm* derp on me! no way I could make it now, Apologized and rescheduled. The kicker is I never got the "Automated Reminder" and that left me salty. Got hurt badly a work on a night shift and had to go to U of M hospital to get stitches, Spent 10 hours there for 5 stitches!!! 4 of that 10 overlapped with my last appointment!
A few have had more recent conversations with the supervisors regarding the permanent remote status and at no point was there any change to this status mentioned as upcoming; one employee who has sat in on several interviews stated that they do ask if the person would be willing to relocate. One person said no and they were still hired. A second person is starting next week who lives on the west coast and she was given the option to work from the company office closer to her rather than having to relocate if she wanted/needed to go to the office. A few months back I began a workplace accommodations request. I discussed some of the accommodations I was requesting with my manager in a video meeting. I mentioned that I was requesting flexible hours to accommodate for fatigue as well as continue offering WFH for fatigue and to limit distractions. My manager asked why I was including those as they were already part of my role. He suggested that I remove them from the request. I did not, because things can change over the course of time and this is a key accommodation for me and I felt it was best to formalize it in the request.
