Application Deadline To be considered for this scholarship, a complete Honors application must be submitted by February 1st. Scholarship Based on Admissions Application International students seeking admission for the Spring or Fall term at CSU are considered for some scholarships based on their admission application form. It is a merit-based scholarship and the academic performance is used to determine whether the applicant is eligible to receive the scholarship or not. The test score of ACT and SAT is optional. However, the other eligibility criteria that a student must meet to receive the scholarship is as follows: Must be enrolled in full-time studies.
